Our return policy only lasts 35 days from date of package received by the customers. To be eligible for a return, product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your return, receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once the aforementioned is validated, the product(s) can be mailed to the P.O. Box below for physical inspection.

Once the return is received, an email will be sent out to notify the customer. After the product is thoroughly inspected and deemed eligible for return, an approval email will be sent to the customer.
If customer is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Our exchange policy strictly applies to only defective or damaged products. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in regards to damages and/or defects.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for any returns and exchanges. These associated shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
